British Pugwash Discussion Meeting 16 April 2015

Trust has collapsed, channels of dialogue have been closed down, and both Russian and NATO militaries are exercising and manoeuvring more, and in closer proximity to each other, than for 25 years. Dr Ian Kearns, Director of the European Leadership Network, explores what has gone wrong, how the West has responded and what it should do next to both resist Russian behaviour and set relations on a more positive footing.
